Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
Dream of Desire ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Lost Packages
Dream of Desire is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
